I can't entirely remember the game but I once played it and it looked promising. It was in the very early stages of the game. It was about a girl in this city, she’s single and quite young.I'm pretty sure she is stuck there. Cannot remember why. You can roam around the city and find different quests involving other characters. One of the unique things about the game was doing different actions would level you up in different stats. I think one of them was "insanity" amongst other stats as well. Pretty sure I played the alpha version. I think you can also edit the girls appearance.
In one of the quests you pretend to be this guys girlfriend and end up kissing him and letting him take some pictures.
In other you overhear a guy calling a prostitute to come to the men’s bathroom and instead you go pretending to be the prostitute.
