Hello, I'm looking for RPGM games with mid-battle NTR sequences similar to Sana and Nymphomania Priestess. Any recommendation that's remotely identical is also highly appreciated.

Possibly this, but haven't played it enough to know.
I was just finishing up a playthrough of that. It's more of a mid battle rape rather than NTR.

The problem is that the majority of games that have any sex mid-battle it all ends up being battle rape. Things like Karryn Prison or this one with a male MC. It depends heavily on how much you want to push your interpretation of what is NTR, otherwise you're in tough luck to find an specific game.
