No, it means the game itself is in japanese and I am requesting a translation in english.
It is a bit tricky but the first language is the request and the second is the actual language of the game.

I extracted the cg's from the game and have them for anyone who's intrested.
This is a mtl game which ruins it for me and I know some other people feel the same. So anyone who's lazy and just wants the pictures. 90% are in the correct order and named properly. Some are titled randomly but im lazy so fuck it.
