RPGM **OFFLINE** save editors?

i'm currently using saveeditonline.com but frequently hit the limit for uploads, especially if i need to upload items and system json.

are there any offline ones that are just as good? i know there's another without restrictions (save-editor.com) but that site doesnt support uploading items or system json.

There's surely one or two.

And this is without counting the cheat engines for RPG Maker, some probably double as save editor-like.

also, i would need multiple exe's? the first one for example only says it supports rpgsave, my games have other formats like rvdata2, rmmzsave

also how does cheat engine work for rpgm games? i have an old version of cheat engine from RIN that bypasses the virus riddled installer but couldn't get any games to work in the past.

MTool has a free version although I haven't used it in a while. Although a lot of people use it primarily for translation it has in built cheats / value editing etc.

Cheat engine will work but some values will be obfuscated to different degrees depending on game. HP for instance is usually 'double' (you can select this under 'scan type').

does it support importing json's? i don't really deal with the hp/atk/stats aspect, i want to be able to add in consumable items or player stats that generally need items and system jsons to be loaded
