I found a raw Japanese version of the game where you can apply the patch to but this one contains the latest Aug 20, 2022 update. Your link contains an outdated version from Dec 9, 2021.

ii am going to guess because? I did the taking away enemies levels is that why queen succbus so strong I cant even do damage to her?
It gets explained to you that she removes all the levels you gained from level draining other players. I don't know how you'd get around that besides maybe getting caught repeatedly to lose all your exp and then regrind back up.
yea going to restart the game... i mean I guess it makes sense cause drain enemy players just for u to get stronger... i knew it was too good to be true lol

If you lose to her it literally sends you back in time and branches off into a different timeline where you never level drained anyone. This is not a joke. After that happens you just fight her normally.
