I know is forbidden post some game (3D usually) with loli content for this rule, but don't understand if is forbidden even just to write about these games.
For example, if i open a Thread where i ask the names of the best games forbidden for this rule (no link or images, only the names) is against the rule or not?

Threads made specifically for listing banned games usually get removed, it happened just few days ago.
