People dont really know how patches actually work.

If you apply a old english patch to a newer version of the game you are just downgrading said version to the version the patch was created for, all events, etc that got added after the patch was created.

Or to give you a proper example:
Patch was created for 1.03 , you replace the 3.00 version files with the patch files. Result?

You get a "fully translated game" yes, but that game will be a fully translated 1.03 version lacking the 3.00 content in most cases and/or causing issues when trying to acess that content.

Plus you can easily check the release/update dates for the game AND the patch and make a quick math.

Regarding the CG content, it is the same as the Japanese version with no differences in modified expressions.

In addition, the CG expressions used
are the same as those included in other distribution versions (Japanese versions on DLsite, etc.), and
there are no "differences in the depictions and modifications," so the only thing
that has changed about the game content is the language.
This is an overseas version for those who want to play versions in other languages! We hope you will understand...!
