That would be a huge ass mod, similar to the skyrim mods, because with the ingame graphics...yikes.

Unfortunetely there are only a handful of games that have ever received actual sex mods, saints row IV is not one of them.

But the nudity is pretty good in that game already so you don't really need actual sex.

Mostly bethesda games: fallout, skyrim etc.
The Sims series also has lots of sex mods.

Closest thing to saints row is probably GTA V that should have a hot coffee mod that allows you to sex npcs.

But almost every other AAA game is limited to nudity instead.
