Me neither, but it sure seems like they should be able to, and I wish they would!

Maybe possible but most likely not depending on how the mosaic was created. Once turned into an image or video the original was lost forever (except on the creators harddrive) You may be able to rearrange the pixels and adjust the resolution, but you would still need to fill in the blanks. You would have an easier time just making a new image altogether.
