Review of ver. 0.1.4, amended to account for 1.06. Review is based off experience in the first biome, which is currently the only area of the game.
To start off, the aesthetics are great. If you want the gothic horror vibe of carefully and somewhat fearfully treading a tomb full of gribblies who want you dead or worse with only your skills and allies to ward them off, you've got yourself a good time.
If you come here looking for quick lewds or a casual romp...keep looking.
Remember what I said about the aesthetics, and how they lend well to the dark horror vibe? Well, that also lends to the same problem that a lot of this genre suffers. A lack of conveyance and big "where the f*** do I go?" energy.Draw yourself a map if you plan to play this game, and ESPECIALLY if you're trying to hunt for content like treasure and party members.
EDIT: As of version 1.06, maps for each part of the dungeon can be found. The game provides a small disclaimer that you are picking up the maps left behind by adventurers who've met terrible fates prior to your arrival, so maps can and will be incomplete or straight-up wrong.
There's no fast-travel between safe rooms or anything, so you WILL end up backtracking.
If there's any upside, they at least marked the locations of safe rooms where you can heal, and cage rooms where you can try to rescue allies.
The primary lewd content comes from either letting your party members get captured or getting a bad end.
The former means deliberately jobbing on battles or using the Sala-exclusive "Sell Out" skill to insta-KO your allies, then fumbling around the dungeon for a cage and praying to RNGesus that you can find your captive ally/-ies while working with a reduced team size.
The latter involves extended game overs of varying levels of titillation, and a goodly chunk of them all loop back into an extended post-defeat-epilogue where the big bad enslaves the party. That's also assuming that the bad end in question actually involves any lewds, and isn't just the gribblies straight-up (though bloodlessly) murdering the main character.
The furry part is neither a hit or miss with me. It's kinda just there, though I get that some people love it, and some will refuse to touch anything that has so much as a hint of fur. I'm just saying that for me at least, it has no bearing on my review.
Also, be aware that this game IS a work-in-progress. There will be a number of features and other things that will tell you "whoops this isn't done yet. Come back later." So if you plan to stick around,at least keep those saves.
EDIT: I have discovered as of November 26th, 2025 that any saves made prior to 0.1.6 may suffer critical errors upon entering combat due to a change in the file format for images. So if you were holding onto those old saves for an update, bad news for you. On the upside, gallery data can still be carried over.
Tl;dr, if you're into the whole spooky vibe and BDSM, you'll like this. If you were hoping for a casual romp, or some quick fap material, look for something else. If you're not a fan of furries, or death, or fumbling around to figure out where the f*** you go, look for something else. Just keep in mind that this is just the first area in a WIP game. Things may get better or worse, only time will tell.

For a more succinct list;
The Good
- Gothic horror vibe that really sells the whole "world is going to shit and you and yours are trying your damnedest not to die or suffer a fate worse than death" feel.
- Art style is good
- The few actual lewds are nice
- Massive "where the f*** do I go?" energy underscored by the gothic horror vibes. Maps help, but they're made by people who died horribly or worse, so trust them at your peril.
- Zero fast travel. Either scour every place top to bottom or get really familiar with backtracking.
- As implied in "The Good," not all of the bad ends are lewd. Some are just literal murder, albeit bloodless.
- You're going to find a quite a few places where the game just goes "oops, this feature isn't implemented yet." And if the 1.04 to 1.06 jump is any indication, there's no guarantee your old saves will remain compatible, so there is a very real chance that every few versions or so you're forced to start over from scratch.
- Furry tag is there for a reason. The setting is that all the typical fantasy races (humans, elves, dwarves, orcs, etc.) are all extinct, so furry is a nonnegotiable part of the game.
- BDSM tag is there for a reason. Whether it's KO capture or lewd ends, a lot of the time, there's at least a few ropes, chains, collars, and/or whips involved.
