Seeking sandbox game that includes a post-marriage events

I want a sandbox game that includes a pre- and post-marriage events, where the post-marriage events are not infrequent, but marriage has a significant impact on the gameplay and has its own content.

And no NTR (or at least it should be avoidable in a clear way).

Anything close is also acceptable.
