As in, sandbox games that allow you to do whatever mechanics you want to whichever character, whether they're major, important characters or randomly generated nobodies. Lab Rats lets you use your chemicals on whoever, Era games let you train whoever, Skyrim with the right mods let you do whatever you can mod in to literally any character, Liberal Crime Squad, while not a porn game, does let you recruit any character and prostitute them, that kind of stuff.
