Seeking Sandbox games like Rack and/or Rack 2?

Are there any games like Rack or Rack 2 where there's a character in front of you and you can do whatever you want with them? Already heard of and played Sexy Mad Science.

Thanks, but I don't really like Illusion's games. They're good and clearly had effort, but it's just not my style. Also, anime stuff I dont like
