Seeking Sandbox Games With Character Creation

So, I always enjoy games that allow me to create and customize my own characters, and I was hoping to be able to find some.. Bonus points if it allows me to make futas/shemales along with normal men and women What I specifically desire is a sandbox game that lets me not only create a character(s), but also lets me play with them in some way. Also I don't want the game to be text only ala CoC2, I want it to have actual graphics. Let me list off the games I know about already:

-Every game made by Illusion (Koikatsu, Honey Select, AI Shoujo, etc.)
-Degrees of Lewdity (I despise DoL because of one particularly fucked up event that disgusted me. I will NEVER play that game ever again).
-Coc 1 & 2 + TiTS (I have played all of them. I had the most fun with CoC 1 back in the day, but as time went on I found the other titles to be less engaging).
-Modded Sims 4 (Fuck EA)
-KoboldKare (Stretching the definition but honestly I just wanna tell you how much I fucking hate KoboldKares developer. Don't buy it, don't support the dev, don't even pirate it).
-Lust Doll (Pretty fun IIRC, might download again)
-Waifu Dreams City (don't have a full opinion on it)
-Lusts Cupid (Decent successor to Super DeepThroat, though I do have my complaints, like the position of the nipples/breasts looking really weird if you try to make them flat).

(Purely weight gain fetish game, not my cup of tea and could do with some more options. Also the flat faces are weird)

Another thing: I don't want to play any VNs or anything similar to a VN. I might change this to a recommending thread if there's enough traction and recommendations, not fully sure though. Also no AI CG stuff pls.

probably fits what you're after. Slap on whatever mods/addons you want from the steam workshop/loverslab and you'll have tons of hours of fun. You can do SO much shit it probably covers pretty much anything.. if not, add more mods.

I forgot to mention Rimworld lol. I have over 3,000 hours in it and own every single DLC. I think I was playing since at least Alpha 13, AKA the earliest Steam version.
