Seeking Sandbox Games with character customization and lot of content

I am looking for some games with lots of possibility to customize your gameplay and lots of content. Sandbox if possible.

I don't want any Text Based game as this is not my type!

I haven't found anything like that from what I have looked at so far.

Anyone got anything to recommend.
