Seeking Sandbox Genre similar to Violated Heroine or LonaRPG?

HAvent found any other game with the same "vibe" as Lona or VH

Also have played degrees of Lewdty which was top but I didnt like that other somethin something correctional facility.

I tried playing Black souls but it was a grindy slog wihout a guide and that's no fun
