Seeking Sandbox - Managment with male protagonist

Can you advice me on your best sandbox game or game with some kind of management?
I used to sort the game by these tag but it seems that most of these game doesn't use the tag

What do you mean? Pretty sure the tags are right there.

Sorted by rating, max time, management & male mc, excluding abandoned. You can add or ban other tags yourself, such as Japanese game, sort by completed or ongoing only, vn or not, real porn, text based, and so on...

'Best' is relative because everyone has different preference. It would be easier if you listed games you like and what you liked about them so we can make similar suggestions.

Even I use cheat mods to help progress a little faster.
