Among other things I am looking for the same.
I don't know many games, but:
1) Honey Select: If there is something that stands out it is the Character Creation and Customization.
Sadly, the faces of the base game are oriental only. However, there are many Mods of all kinds hanging around.
2) Porn Empire: In constant development, it has very good potential.
3) Free Cities: Maybe it's not everyone's cup of tea, heavily text-based.
4) The Klub: Unfortunately a bit old, but the Character Creation is the main reason to play it, with a lot of Customization.
