I know, but the problem was caused because some people disliked the incest theme, so by giving them an option to just ignore it all and have the full game without incest they would shut up, people who want incest would use the option, people who dont wouldnt use it, and to use the same example, yes the car has 5 gears, but a normal person will use only the three firsts (the non incest people), but the people who do races or like speeding would use the other 2 (people who want the incest) its in the game, yeah, but there is an option to just ignore it and dont even know about it, people who dont like incest wouldnt have it, people who like incest would have it, everyone gets what they want, because before the people was like "oh i dont like incest bla bla bla" and now the people are "oh i came for the incest this game is bad now bla bla bla", there are gonna be people hating to matter the choice, so by just adding a toggle to choose, both parties would have what they want and they would shut up, im not a game developer but i know how haters and dumb people works, right now there are a group who wants incest, and other that doesnt want incest, so instead of choosing one, just give them both their content, also, its not like you are gonna have to redo scenes, just change the dialogues, there are a lot of games who have that, and even more games that people made incest patches that just change the dialogues and people were happy with that, i think that would not solve every problem, but would calm down the people going crazy about incest/non incest, i know it will be a lot of extra work but what you have to think is: is the extra work worth keeping annoying people shutted up? because i think it is, tho i repeat, im not a gave dev, and i dont know it it is to make a game, this is my oppinion and you are free to disagree or think im wrong, its totally fince since its their game, not mine, and whatever they choose i'll still play it, but i dont want to see hate going towards this game, so this is an option to keep everyone calmed down at least

oh ok, i understand then, but in that aspect they are censoring every nsfw game, so no matter if its incest or not the game would still be in danger due to being porn, so changing the premise of the game doest not change anything, also now that everyone is complaining and almost every social media is against them and the price of their actions are dropping they are starting to respond and i think with time everyithing will go back to normal because everyone is attacking them via phone calls/emals, bad reviews, and comments in social media, even big people are against it and valve itself commented he wasnt with them, also ichio started to accept again porn games and stopped banning them, so i think this is just a waiting game and to hope it ends fast, becaus it seems everyone is going back with their actions and everything will go back to normal, so i think the dev should keep the game as it was or add the toggle, because even if the game becomes vanilla it will still be in danger due to it being a nsfw game

You are absolutely right that a toggle (in game settings) wouldn't work because the current problem is basically the same as a lot of devs have had with patreon for years.
But there are some solutions to that problem. There are still a lot of games with incest within the code published on patreon and steam to this day (I'm not sure about itch).
There are 2 very common methods used by devs to avoid issues with the platforms and AceStudio could do the same.
Those 2 methods are :
-Use variables to set the relationship with the characters. The default for those variables are usually Landlady (for Mom), Tutor (for Sister) and Friend (for cousin). Those variables can then be changed by the player, most often within the game itself when meeting each character for the first time. In other cases those variables are changed with a simple file.
For example I've seen some RPGM games that use a .txt file and some Unity games that use a .xml file. Those are easily edited with notepad to change the value for those variables.
-Use a single variable that changes the dialogues depending on if the variable is true or false.
To toggle this variable there are a few possible methods, but the most common is that the variable is switched to true by the presence of an empty .txt file with a specific name within the game folder, for example an empty file called patch.txt
Those hidden features are not advertised on mainstream platform but they are advertised in places like F95.

You have to open C:\Users\yourname\AppData\LocalLow\AceStudio
There you will find two folders. The game was renamed, so your saves are in one of the folders. Simply transfer it to the second.

IMO, developing this game solo would be difficult as is. While there are some hiccups, I think they did a pretty great job and it is overall enjoyable so far. Only thing I hope is that 0.6.0 does mean 60% completion of the storyline.

i assume because i loaded an old version save, it broke the game, because i just walked in the bathroom while she was showering, she had no reaction, & when i got the money for the gym membership, she was naked in her room

We're both smart enough to know there are plenty of ways to keep the integrity of the game, mentioned 3 times now, YOU just aren't doing them. And they all methods that won't get you demonitized because it either is the player doing it, or you doing it with an alias that can't be proven.

good game though it has some of the weakneses of day by day gameplay with multiple targets.
i am curious what resources the dev used to make the game.
- there are plenty of empty time slots devoid of content. so the game becomes a bit of a bed clicking simulator. try adding more variety on the daily events. and some more randomness. for example the laundry scene is good, something like that with the other characters would be great.
- a house map to know where each character is would be nice. opening doors and knocking on them is a bit of a chore. in the new update i got tired of bedding and checking the bathroom just to see the cousin naked shower ( and i could not get it )
- this is a personal idea but I think these timeslot games should have more proactive NPCs. them messaging you to play games, sending you pictures, and even asking for sex would be a great idea to fill up the empty time slots.
i am curious what resources the dev used to make the game.

BTW, I'm enjoying the game's core premise be it an aunt or not ... even with the bugs. I have other opinions & perspectives but they aren't relevant to this threads current threading.
That is what we discussed here a bit ago, that Ace could make in some way something to hide the incest content, some games have it, like the "choose what X character is to you", a toggle, or making it that by changing a file or a variant on the game folder the game goes back to incest or stays vanilla, the fact that Ace gave already the option to change text is perfect, but i still think the game will lack a bit of what it could had been, also Ace could make everything and everyone act like its incest, and keep the idea they had, but use vanilla dialogues, so their idea is the same, the game is as they first intended, and just by changing a couple of text and dialogues or files it would be like nothing changed, there would be no risk because the incest thing is hidden, and people could still accest it if they want, and if someone doesnt want incest then they dont change anything and have it vanilla, that or make the usual incest patch aside of the game like a lot of games have here, and this is not a critique or anything, its just an idea, i like the game and see it has future and its well made despite the latest bugs, so i hope Ace finds a way to go around this, keep everyone happy and hopefully continue with their original idea and make the game they wanted to make in the first place, not the game Mastercard allows them to make

Look, Dev. If you read this then first let me say that i love your game. I love the creativity of the first person perspective. And so far youve written the Aunt to be a really well written sexy character.
Second, try not to pay too much attention to the screaming babies on here. The only reason they scream and whine and insult is because they really like your game. If they didnt like your game, then all you would hear is silence.

To be honest dev, even though they are rude and obnoxious they still have a good point.
The main reason I played this game was for the sexy Aunt incest - Take that away and I just have no reason to play the game that i was really excited for.
So, I hope you find a workaround for the incest setting, such as being able to choose your relationship with the characters, because I have no interest at all in my ' Landlady '.
