I downloaded version 5.1 on itch and progressed lucys content on that version then swapped back to 6.0 after i completed all of lucys content

I dont think the dev knows that Steam doesnt care in the first place on if its incest or not. Incest isnt the problem, its the fact that its a porn game in the first place. Tons of incest games exist on Steam that haven't got hit with the hammer, changing the name or relationship of the characters wont matter.

He probably knows but why would he risk it, puritanical governments are on the warpath at the moment and he's probably trying to avoid drawing their attention. It's easy to criticise his decision when a game being banned is just annoying for players, if you're a developer it's devastating.
