I think all of this could be solved with an incest toggle or option, like in the menu you have a toggle to turn on or off the incest dialogues, or at the start of the game you get a warning and an option to go with the incest or non incest dialogues, you dont have to change scenes, events, anything, just the dialogues, a lot of games that touch incest themes have that, you dont have to add new scenes for each version or change anything else, just the dialogues, i know it would be a pain in the ass to do two different dialogue options for everything, but that way you would keep happy the people who came here at first for the incest thing, and also have an option for all the people who dont like it, it will be extra work? yea of course, but you would keep everyone happy and its just adding a toggle and text. Tho you are free do to whatever you want, im not your boss neither a game developer and i dont know either what you have planner for the future so this is just an idea from what i see, a comment, not a critique, neither i am insulting you or your work, this game is 10/10 and i want to see it work, so i hope you find a way to keep everyone happy, and dont let some random haters on the internet affect your work, you might have a couple of people leaving bad comments but you have like three times or more the ammount of good comments and feedback.
Also people make the whole aunt / sarah thing into a way bigger deal than it is. I'll buy it when you finish it for sure
