lets you search for values and variables like money = 10 then you just edit it to 9999 or sleep_whit_ex 1 so you change that to 0 when she stabs you in your sleep
alot of other great stuff like scenes playback etc
BUT a varning the program do auto check for updates so you might want to block it in your firewall if you dont want random programs calling home
