Save Files still there even after deleting the game

This happens mostly in Ren'py games, when I complete a game and the delete the folder containing everything(game,lib,renpy,.exe file) and then when the next update comes, I reinstall the fresh game in the same location, but the save files from few months ago are there in the game menu, and mostly it the auto save files.

Is this a glitch or there is a different location the files are saved? I only know about \game\saves\
What should I do to completely delete everything?

There's usually a second save location in your possibly hidden appdata folder...

C:\Users\YourNameHere\AppData\Roaming\RenPy

Next time before deleting the folder open the game hover your mouse on those saves press delete key and it will do the work.

In there, you'll see a folder named "persistent". Do not delete it. It's used by example by games that have a full new beginning with each chapter, in order to pass the different values from the previous episode to the next one.
