Saving issue

The game is running perfectly fine but everytime I try to save, I get this error. Is it only me? Can't save at all.
My system locale is already in Japanese and I've changed the exe name to english as well.

The message doesn't help. According to a couple of OCR tools, it just says:

My guess is: either it's a permission file (the game folder is read-only), or there are some weird characters in one of the directories above. Can you post the full path? Like, C:\...

Now it's working (I just changed my keyboard from English to Japanese).
