What's the problem? The file names were in Asian characters, so these have disappeared in the compression process, but I don't think the titles are important. I've checked again and I could extract everything. Use 7zip.

Okay so just a quick correction, not all of these are original characters. (Possibly none of them are though I haven't gone through everything.) In the preview images alone there are two characters I recognize, Zero Two from Darling in the Franxx and Nakano Miku from Quintessential Quintuplets.

Got a problem, i downloaded and checked it out thought was good but decided to erase it to save space but the files are stuck on my desktop, i can erase the content in them but trying erase the files it comes up with "Windows cant find the files" even though its right on the desktop , can someone help me?
