Scene Making Programs Similar to 'Emotion Creators?'

I played around with Emotion Creators a while back and generally enjoyed myself, but there's some serious jank involved with it that made it tedious and frustrating at times. Also there's a lot of limitations, like only having the standard Illusion game set of school backgrounds to work with.

One thing I'm looking for is the ability to actually make dialogue, not just a sex posing game. As far as I can tell, EC is the only one that lets you make a story and sex. Am I missing something? I hope so!
