I'm looking around trying to find a specific game with the premise of following around a girl (or the girl follows you), and progressively unlocking more cosmetics and costumes as you do lewd things. It is a 2D/3D game with side-side movement. As you go through the school everyone else has bags on their heads and you only can have dialog with them -- no funny business. Ring any bells?
