To unlock cg natalie go to her club room at noon and click on the task board, choose her, there will be 1-4 tasks, choose 4, same with Irina, there will be 1-5, choose 5 task.
im not an expert on modding or the original creator of the patch, but i had a look at it out of personal curiostity and it seems like they went the route of adding a 'translation' that swaps all the names to mom or whatever. so more than likely no it will not work on current version, or rather it might, but only up to v1.7 which is what the patch says its for. again im not 100% sure as im not the creator of the patch and dont know what the code of the game is like but thats my assumption as a programmer/
