You play as a teacher on a school trlp who starts fairly innocent but due to her slutty female colleague, some female students in the onsen, and chores around the town you do lewder and lewder stuff. I seem to recall it being RPGmaker. I don't think there were any supernatual elements, but like the mayor was like pulling corruption strings.
