Man. I really wish I could rate this higher. The concept is great, but the execution is rough...
Art's ok, animations are ok, and if this is a first game it's good and I'd love to see more of what the dev makes in the future. But as it stands, this game isn't worth the time unless you're really into bestiality and shadow women.
Issues I have:
First, you can't jump unless you're moving. And if you jump then move, it eats your double jump.
Second, it doesn't tell you you have to get past the level 3 boss. I died 3 times pushing the boss to the end of the level before I realized you had to go around it.
Third, the graphics. Not the art, that's fine, I mean the graphics. The background and the walls are all a completely different resolution to the entities. Normally, not the end of the world, but I feel like in a game based on shadows that it should be at least a little bit difficult to tell what is and isn't an enemy. Question is, why aren't the walls vector based if they're not very complex to begin with?
Fourth, chain grabs. There's no invincibility, so it's common to get grabbed by the same enemy three or four times
Fifth, the hitboxes are really vague. The legs aren't part of it, but it extends above and below the body a bit? Either that or the hitbox doesn't change between walking and swimming.
