Identify Search for a RenPy game

What i remember so far:

*Male protagonist
*One Character is a Trans Woman (I don't remember it's a Player Choice or Dev Choice)
*You have a Map where you can go to different Locations dependent on your Task
*One Location i remember is a Company where inside is Offices and i think there was a Sauna
It's 3dcg and on the RenPy engine
