New here, so I hope I make everything correct?
I while back, I played an intresting game, from what I remember, a brother and sister, together with their mother, during som zombie apoxaypse!
A girl found trapped in a locked room...Brother and sister had some sex, and I think the dude with mother too..
Anyone knows what game I try to explaing?

Sounds similar to the Zombies Retreat series by Siren's Domain. That being said it could probably be a few dozen other games as well, I don't think the world is lacking zombie stories:
