Identify Searching a Game

I played a game a while ago and wante to check on its progress, but can't seem to remember the title.
It's similar to Summertime Saga, you're playing a boy and one of the first quests is helping your neighbor moving in.
Afterwards she invites you to watch a soccer game with her.
Not much to go on but hopefully some1 will remember it.
Please help me find it :3
