Seeking Searching for a certain type of game.

I'm looking for a game that either includes a 3rd person point of view or 1st where you're either in a Lab, dungeon or anything related towards them. I want the game to have enemy fighting to a small extent at least if not that's fine. I want the enemy to be able to fuck you either in battle or after.
