Identify Searching for a game... Pointers inside

Hey folks,

Things i can remember:

- the MC is kind of an asshole
- honey select models/animations
- one girl turns green / gets a green skin because she's working with toxic waste
- you can buy lottery tickets
- a lot of different girls
- i think it's a school setting (not sure though)
- in one ending you can marry two (or three?) sisters and choose to live with them on their farm (i think it was a farm)

i hope anyone can crack this one for me.
