I'm searching a game, where the MC have a phone with which he took the photo of girl. One of the girl appear (from a picture of the game) to be crouching at night, and it seem to be the photo taken (in-game) by the MC.
I'm not sure about the tag, but it should be simulation or mind control.
From the overview of the game, it seem you need to take picture of girls and then control? them so you can do it with them. I'm sure that the MC have a special phone that allow him to see through.
