There was this game I played a couple years ago where you were this guy who lived in the suburbs or something and I think it was somewhat similar in gameplay to summertime saga.
On the map there was a library you could go to in order to learn skills and you also had a neighbor who did yoga and you were able to join in once you bought a yoga mat.
You lived with someone who i think was the MC's mother and there was this scene where you helped fix the sink and it splashed water all over her clothes. Pretty sure this game got abandoned too.
Any help is appreciated.
