I played a game some time ago. I think it was RPGM but im not 100% sure. The wife was the player character. You were able to take up some jobs and you could get pregnant from some of the npcs.
Here are some things i seem to recall:
-The goal was to collect a certain amount of "dark orbs" or something like that
-The Husband was working in an engineering company or smt like that
-there was an event where the wife worked at a stripclub/bordell and when she was in a wall, her husband and coworkers came there and she got railed by the coworkers, but the husband didn't notice it was his wife and didn't participate, because he wants to stay faithul.
-she was a mage ? and there was an adventuring party she could join that lead more and more into a relationship with a swordsmen
-to progress the game you had to learn recepies and craft items.
-some content was only available afer having atleast 1 child.
