Identify Searching for a specific game (stranded in strange town, car broke down)

Hi together,

I am searching for a specific game, i cannot remember the title. The protagonist (male) strands with their car in some strange city. Because repair is to expensive he is send to an hotel, where he gets a strange braclet.
MC can get girls and send them to the local club to strip and earn money. If he is to kind with them, they might be taken away from him.
Some... Girl can be found in the woods, she is some kind of magican or something..

Was about 3 years i played that game. was abandoned back then. Hope someone knows it D:

There's no hotel, bracelet, strip club or even valid currency in Pine Falls. Well, there is currency, but it has no value to anyone. The only matching circumstances are a strange town and broken car.

It would probably be very useful to know about how the game looked like. Was it 3D CG, 2D CG or hand drawn? Which style? Japanese, European, something else? What was or seemed to be the engine?
