Identify Searching for game i forgot the name

The game as i remember play it for a quite sometime. then after i format my laptop i lost it. The game where MC live outskirt somewhere a black area while his college is in the town. The MC then meet a girl on the 1st day at bus stop while on the way to college. I'm not remember the girl's name and also i'm not remember so much the storyline. The MC live with his mother only and was part of local gang RED and BLUE something.

Hopefully anyone remember the name of the game.

Not that game. i finish play Lancaster Boarding House. Its a good game though. The game i forgot i slightly difference. The MC live outskirt some black area while his college is in high town good place. MC somehow have a kind of power or vision something like that. he met a girl (which become his girlfriend) at the bust stop upon on the way to college. MC live with his mother only, and MC work at cafe on the night time. MC was part of the local gang goes label RED or BLUE gang like that. Its was a very interesting story. i really really forgot the game's name
