Hello. Lately I've been playing the game Last hope and I've been greatly enjoying it

So my question is this: Anyone can recommend me a game with a similar premise? namely a 3D game were you are able to explore a map, interact with characters and enjoy fully animated sex scenes after building up your relationship with them. I know there is also house party. But nothing else. Any suggestion would be welcome.
Also, on a side note, this is extremely niche, but it would be cool if the game also has this feature like Last Hope does: were the protagonist is forced to wear condom during sexual activities, but as the female characters start to like him more, they begin to allow him to take it off during sex.
