I've been searching for this game for days now and couldn't find it but I'm pretty sure I played it maybe a year ago.
I believe it was a RPGM game, prooobably a fantasy setting, featuring 2D artwork and a lot of NTR/cuckolding stuff. The sprite of the heroine was always on screen iirc, she could get groped when in town and one of the first events in the game featured her falling down a hole and giving one of your party members a blowjob while the MC tried to save her.
I don't remember anything else about this game and even the stuff I do rememberis a bit hazy. Don't even know what the heroine looked like or if the game was ever finished. Still, I'd love to give that game another try.
