Identify Searching source of the game called World of City by V_RUN

I've got the game from somewhere several months back (TFgames site probably), but can't find the source anywhere at the moment. It's HTML game with RP media. Basically one part of the game is city corruption sim and another is fem POV life sim. I would like to get any info - dev patreon, link to the game or anything else.
I know that dev is russian as game copy I have is in russian locale

PS There are no self advertising links inside the game.
