Hello, I remember that you play as a master alchemist/wizard training two girl apprentices at a remote ruined tower. The gameplay is classic schedule management where you assign tasks for the apprentice to study/rest/explore the tower etc.. The art style is absolutely stunning, and is similar to endo okito. a quick search of this name on nhentai will give you the idea of the visuals.

Thank you for the compliment, just happened to have found it a few months ago and thought it may be what you were looking for. As for the devs, no clue unfortunately.

You know, I often wonder how are people like you so powerful exist in this world who can pinpoint an archaic game with the most abstract and shattered description ever existed. Also, do you happen to know what their developers are doing rn? A dlsite link maybe?
Nah, it was pretty clear in this case. :)
only surprising you did not mention the dice-nudging, that was somehow fun.

iirc. the dev resp. the artist then went to make Eiyuu Senki World Conquest, though I read somewhere the writing/ parts of it were by someone else, some woman who really knows to write silly cute idiot characters.
And then Eiyuu Senki GOLD (it's a separate 2nd game)

For World Conquest I recommend the old version ("fan-translated"), it has more content, and more content translated, and the bonus characters from PS vita or so.
