Load save then return to main menu. This unlocks all cosmetics. You need both

Move the file you downloaded into the game folder (make a copy of the original file just in case) and do step (4) if you have the file "system.smg" in the folder indicated

Is there a way to unlock the "none" option for upper wear and bottom wear? As in no bra/panties. So far, it's never been available, at least not to my knowledge.
