There's already Lisa Ann's face used for the librarian's face, and a new character coming up based on Reagan Foxx's face.

There is, however, a problem with that. It's illegal unless he has permission to do it.
Whilst it's better than games using real porn images/performers, it's still just as illegal to use someone's likeness without their permission.
