Completed Secret Flasher Manaka next update?

I have no idea if this post will reach anyone, first time making one.. Anyway

Really like the game but hoping for a update, I saw the developer sheablesoft post some videos on twitter and the title was something like "third project" and it was about showing the new clothing system where removing clothing has animations now other than the coat, even with a translator i could not figure out if there is a new game being made or just a new update for manaka? Hoping for someone more understanding to enlighten me )))
