I don't think it's supposed to go above 1, those numbers. They determine probability, which is between 0 and 1. Try setting it on 1 instead. worked, another question: do you know how to reset spawns? not ratio but spawns, npc's don't spawn anymore, move to different location? or just home? spawn ratio is 100
