Seleka is one of a handful of porn games where I immediately wanted to subscribe to the creator's newsletter. It's quite a rarity in that it's complete, contains novel gameplay, and has just enough miscellaneous features to round itself out - including more character customization than I would expect! The main downsides are that it's not exactly brimming with content, and that content is exclusively focused on flashing. If no coitus is a dealbreaker for you, you'll have to look elsewhere. Much of the content is also repetitive - the 'mission' count is absolutely inflated, as most are repeated across the three maps, and 'expose butt' and 'expose chest' are near-functionally identical. Even most of the unique tasks are simply standing near something while in various states of undress.
That said, and I mean this in the best light possible, this plays like a demo for one of the better 3D stealth games in recent years. The main twist is that rather than simply remaining undetected, you need to manage when and how you expose yourself. Light and sound play a part in this, albeit in a rudimentary way. Everything is directional - walking ahead of someone with your coat open has no risk of them spotting you. You can crawl around on all fours, which will arouse suspicion but not enough to bust you... unless someone sees your bare ass from behind.
I am slightly disappointed that while masturbation does feature, it's bare-bones both in animation and effect. There are multiple unlocks that involve various erogenously-placed vibrators, but the only effect they have beyond other costume parts is NPCs can hear them. They have no affect on your own arousal; I had hoped to have them add a timing element to avoid cumming, or to be helpful to edge for the objectives that involve orgasming while partially detected.
The mission count is somewhat inflated - each of the three maps shares the majority of objectives, but it speaks to solid underlying mechanics that the changed context varies up the gameplay. It's simple to shadow people in the park, or come by in your cobbled-together gimp suit and find a quiet corner to masturbate in to rack up points. The residential area allows you to buzz people on intercoms to summon viewers on demand, making it easy to masturbate to completion near someone but risking NPCs turning corners onto a long sightline or simply spawning in from the stairs. The shopping mall is well-lit and challenges you to be cognizant of quickly breaking line of sight. It does give me the faintest reminder of how Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes served as a sort of playground for what would come in the full MGSV game.
There are plenty of building blocks here for this to be like a Grand Theft Auto of public indecency, just by adding more content and context to the underlying systems. Apparently a sequel is planned, and this is the second game the creator has completed and in a blisteringly-quick six months to boot. I eagerly await to see what this formula could be expanded into.
