It's upsetting seeing this game in a downfall. I remember when it first got it's release, everyone was so excited for the potential.

But this game became a grindy, random. tedious and boring mess.
The game never sells itself on being a good guys / bad guys game but it feels like it tries to be that so early on then suddenly everyone is corrupted in the space of half an hour.

Content is slowly fed to us at a snails pace, often times that content is not worth the wait. The sex scenes are impressive as the teams talent lies within their art. But their other game, Jessika's Curse (go play this, could've been one of the best sex games ever), shows it can be animated and be incredibly well done. This game? Not so much - there are little animated scenes, if you could call them that.

Would I say the story and gameplay is worth your time? Not really, no.
It was somewhat well written at the start, but enter a decline.

But I would say, if you can, find an up to date save in the threads (theres always someone begging for it), so you cant watch the scenes over, that way you at least get to skip a shit ton of drivel.

These positive reviews will make you want to play the game, but don't let them fool you. Always remember, just like my review. it's all subjective. I believe I am doing you a favor by saving you 10+ hours of clicking through dialogue for a couple of scenes.

The game is good !! Ok this post is a little old^^. We are now at game Version 04-12a if i don't miss anything . I support it for a long time on Patreon now. There is much more to do since the start . More animations more and more Plot in game. I don't know how the developer do it with the public Version right now,sorry !!

Wow cool game and I really love all the ntr elements of it as well. Not so much a fan of the minotaur and furry stuff but as long as I can avoid that and just have hot demons messing with my wife and me then I will be a happy man

Everything is really peak, the only thing that'd make the game better is, more scenes, and surprises. Some repetable scenes with Andras, Jezeka(?) or some other characters etc. More scenes could be included as well, even though that's not something easy to do.

TLR - Do not play this game. Its primarily filler. Overly complicated. Unforgiving on saves and rolling back when you've had an accident, and just generally not a fun time. The story isn't "dark" its intentionally punishing. If you're a masochist then proceed ahead, but if you want to feel any hope for a good ending with anyone, this is the wrong game. This game will have only bad endings.


This might be one of the worst stories I've ever played. I don't feel like the true nature of this game is described in its synopsis and so you might get enticed into giving it a try when you shouldn't.

This is a story of suffering, exploitation and cheating. The dev has tried to fluff it up as a "dark fantasy" but its really just sadomasochism and humiliation. The choices you're offered are mostly have this sex scene or don't have the sex scene. Sometimes it feels story relevant but its really not. At all times your character is a slave to horrible uncaring and extremely exploitative masters. There will be a few scenes that seem like things aren't so bad, but you will quickly be reminded that your MC means absolutely nothing, and none of your choices can do anything to change that.

The beginning of the game offers you an option to turn off NTR, but that does not turn off all of the aggressive and unavoidable flirting scenes. You're MC is also offered all kinds of LIs, but its not in a harem way, its just a naked cheating situation. So, its just bad guys all around. In the context of the story thats not even really necessary, the dev just didn't bother to offer the option. As has been their norm, only offer the bad choice or no choice.

Regarding the art, whats there is really good. This dev has a talent for the scenes they bother to render. Unfortunately, they want a lot of filler. So you'll spend a lot of time looking at the same cookie cutter characters on generic backgrounds reading a TON of extraneous dialogue. A lot f time is just a black screen which feel stupid lazy. The lewd scenes are often just a single screen or 2, very rarely is there a little animation, honestly nothing to give them any credit for. Maybe put in at least as much effort into the art as you do all this nonsense world building grindfest bullshittery.

The game is 90% grindfest, unnecessary lore, meaningless events, fluff. The main story, LI trlationships, etc, make up at most 5% of your playtime. You will spend most of your time just trying to get to the next thing that matters./you care about.

The UI isn't terrible, you get a good intro to it, but if you aren't paying attention during that intro or are coming back later and forget things its rather unforgiving. Hovering over things doesn't tell you what they are. There isn't an easy way to figure out all the places you need to go to do important things each week, you just kinda have to go everywhere and hope you don't miss or misunderstand things.

how can anyone just give only 1 star the art and characters are great and kinda unique. just development takes way too long.. replayability is also there.. but has to be seen when the game hits 1.0

This game is arguably the best porn game I have ever played. The story line is unique and original, the cgs are well drawn and very attractive, it offers many kinks/fetishes for many people. Seeds of Chaos is a game you could keep playing continuously and never get tired of it.

Seeds of Chaos completely caught me off guard. I went in expecting just another horny visual novel with decent art, but what I found was a full-on dark fantasy sandbox that genuinely earns its depravity. It’s been in development for a while, and I’ll admit I was skeptical going in, but wow. Just... wow. The depth here is seriously impressive.

It’s a dark fantasy game, so yeah, expect to do a lot of reading, but the writing makes it worth every second. This isn’t some cheap, throwaway story, it’s heavy, deliberate, and carries that gritty, epic weight you’d expect from Berserk or Dark Souls. You play as Rowan, a seasoned war hero who’s dragged into serving the very darkness he once fought to destroy. The twist is that you’re not the hero at all, you’re the villain. What makes it stand out is how the choices aren’t just about picking between good and evil, they’re about deciding how far down into corruption you’re willing to sink. Rowan and Alexia’s storyline is where the game really grabs you, fully embracing its darkness and giving you the power to shape just how rotten everyone around you becomes.

Visually, this game is stunning. The art is absolutely fantastic, with tons of new CGs, sprite variants, and even the occasional animation that actually lands. Every scene and character sprite feels meticulously crafted, and the smoothness of the animations shows just how much heart the artists poured into their work. The character designs are especially striking, with the demons and monster girls standing out as some of the most memorable. That same care extends to the worldbuilding, which is dense in the best way, like someone threw The Witcher and Berserk into a grimy choose-your-own-disaster machine and then hired top-tier artists to bring it to life. And the soundtrack ties it all together beautifully. Leet Music absolutely nails the atmosphere, delivering tracks that are creepy, grand, and even unexpectedly tender when the moment calls for it.

The gameplay goes way beyond just reading text boxes. You’re managing a castle, triggering events, and interacting with a huge cast of characters, all while navigating a satisfying blend of mechanics: part visual novel and social manipulation, part light territory management. The map exploration, spying, breeding pits, and transformation chambers might sound wild, but they work perfectly as a framework to justify your choices and their consequences. There’s a ton of content and branching paths to explore. You can keep your wife, Alexia, loyal, or watch her spiral into darkness alongside you. The NTR (non-consensual) routes are especially intense, but they’re completely optional, so you can toggle them off if that’s not your thing. Replayability is a big strength here, the game’s event system actively responds to your past decisions, making each playthrough feel genuinely unique.

If you’re into dark fantasy, enjoy heavy reading, and like light but intricate management systems, its absolutely worth checking out. It’s not a polished triple-A strategy game but rather a rich, character-driven narrative with engaging gameplay elements built around it. It ticks everything that i like, Art is incredible , pacing is great, story are intriguing, its not a linear story, great replayability .

I remember playing this game a few years ago, and thinking that while it was excellent in some regards, it had some issues that needed to be addressed for it to be one of the best erotic games.

I never reviewed games back then, so after playing the latest installment of this, I would like to share my opinions.

Fair warning, I bought this game on steam, and I'm pretty sure I supported it on Patreon for a month or two. However, I'm not sure where to start because there is actually so much to write about.

Is this an excellent game? Yes, without a doubt. I would highly suggest playing it,, even suggest supporting it on Steam. Does this game have some downsides? Depending on how you view games and what kinks you are into %100, you may not like this at all. Is this more than just a masturbation tool? Yes, there are mechanics to play with, a world map to explore and strategies you need to apply in order to continue the story. These are the basics, but I will try to elaborate now while I still have some ideas swirling in my head.

You are essentially forced into corruption, and you can somewhat manage how much your characters will be corrupted. While you don't play much with the wife of the protagonist, you do also shape her story, so essentially you control 2 characters. You can have a faithful wife/ unfaithful husband, or a cucked husband/ slut wife, or any other combination really. I like this part of the game a lot: The game doesn't force you any kinks or fetishes that might turn you off. By the way, there are a lot of fetishes in this game, I'll be addressing this point in a bit.

Anyway, the gameplay loop of a world map, building a keep and watching story elements is great, but the biggest problem of this game is the scope and ambition of the team. The amount of writing and world building is too much for what this game has to offer. With this much writing, one also expects much deeper mechanics, maybe even an army screen and more visuals, but it's not there. The writing is good by the way, no AI slop or bad grammar. The people writing this either have some education in literature, or they are experienced writers.

The same goes for the art. These are serious artists, and the art style is immediately distinguishable. They are excellent, with correct proportions and perspectives, good shadowing/ highlighting.

The problem once again comes from the scope. With so many fetishes, kinks and branching paths, you start expecting more scenes or different variations, or stories that continue, but it's not there (yet).

So the main issue becomes the development. This whole game is actually the first of possible 6 games, since there are 6 realms in the story. I honestly do not see an end to this. What is there is excellent, and there will be an end to this first game possibly, but the story won't end.

Anyway, TLDR: Highly suggest supporting these devs, even if the story won't end. They make good erotic games.

Found out the hard way by neglecting the dozen of negative reviews and playing the game first hand..and im glad to say that this game is freaking trash.....from the godly amount of dialogues to bad gameplay.......truly made my day worse......

Title: Game Review: A 9-Year Struggle in "Demon's Fetters" oh sorry seed of chaos.

It's been a long journey since this game first started back in August 2016. Now, in August 2025, we're looking at a game that's been in development for almost a decade. Released on Steam in 2020...

The story follows our main character, Rowan, whose wife, Alexia, has been taken prisoner by a pair of twin demons. In his attempt to rescue her, Rowan faces failure and is ultimately imprisoned. Here, players are given a choice: serve as a slave under a commander, but this is merely an illusion of choice. The pros? You can build an empire, influence soldiers, and level up your character. But despite gaining strength, it turns out all this effort is futile. The game feels remarkably linear; no matter what you do, the twin demons seem destined to win. It almost feels predetermined that your empire building and character leveling will lead to a "game over."

For those who might not be into non-consensual themes (NTR), be aware: if you keep it on, Alexia will be subjected to various unpleasantries from demons and other characters. Players can turn this feature off—but it does raise concerns about the core narrative choices.

Graphically, the game is decent enough, nothing groundbreaking but certainly serviceable. The music is also fine; it keeps you engaged without becoming monotonous.

In conclusion, while the story itself has some interesting elements, it's disappointing that the game feels so controlled by the demons. The longer development time hasn’t translated into meaningful content expansion, and players who support this development may just be feeding a never-satisfied entity. After nine years, one would hope for more than just the main story.

If you’re into this genre, you might find some enjoyment. But for others, it may just be a cautionary tale about supporting projects stuck in a loop.

If I reviewed this game 6 years ago, it would have been an easy 5/5. However, a lot has changed over that time, mainly how blatantly lazy/unmotivated/slow/malicious the devs are, which can only lead me to believe that this project will indeed never be finished, even if that was the intent in the beginning.

The foundation of this game is solid, and it's clear a lot of work went into it. It's a shame that the 3 updates a year are minuscule and don't build much upon it, and indeed only seem to happen in order to keep a constant flow of supporter bucks.

My advice is to check it out, it's got a decent amount of content and something for everybody, especially if you enjoy NTR, though it is avoidable. Don't, however, get your hopes up about this ever being finished. There's a first act that seems to be mostly finished and that's all there is to show in the many years this game has been in development.

In Seeds of Chaos you experience the story of a bisexual cuckold named Rowan as he deludes himself into believing the depraved and evil acts he commits and enables against his own people are necessary to save a wife that arguably loves monsters more than she loves Rowan. Like Rowan deludes himself into believing he's a hero the developers delude themselves into believing that Seeds of Chaos is a game rather than an incomplete choose your own adventure visual novel.

The story is a convoluted mess. The sparse animation amounts to little more than camera shaking. The gameplay mostly involves making decisions that lock you out of certain content. You are given very little direction. Newer players who neglected to read the guides and walkthroughs will find themselves wandering aimlessly until they get slapped by the game over scene. Autosave may not help. You can easily find yourself in a scenario where you cannot progress the story.

Odds are you'll find content you enjoy. Then you'll find out that there is very little of that content. You have the option to be a hero but that path ends in a humiliating manner in less than 5 minutes. You also have the option to disable same sex content and cuckoldry but that option doesn't actually prevent you from experiencing either of those things.

I do not recommend this game because you will find very little if any satisfaction. If you're looking for a game where you play as a warlord in a fantasy setting this isn't it. You play as a peon who gets fucked by monsters and watches as they fuck his wife.

It's a game with an excellent story, art, and a narrative style that's rarely seen in the genre. The game is frequently updated, so there's a lot of varied content. Though hopefully, we won’t have to wait until 2030 to see the end of the first act.

i have been playing this since a couple of years, initially i thought it was a masterpiece. it had some gamebreaking bugs and story was relatively short but i had my hopes up that a quality game like this knows how to fix bugs and finish the story because it had such an awesome potential at one point.

sadly i think at this point this is just a cheap cashgrab for patreon money. the devs don't care about the main story because that would be the end of their 9year game development money. and sadly i think patreon rules stopped a lot of very good content. everything became too consensual and it's just such a turnoff with a premise like that, to the point that it almost feels like a scam compared to what it's advertised as.

2 very evil demons (who are quite sexual) blackmail you and your girlfriend to betray your kingdom/people. it's quite evil, i liked the premise, it's unique, even though in some choices i felt very bad, the game forces your hand, but i was down for the ride.... then either from patreon rules or these woke creators' agenda, they never really force you to have any sexual things with them/others despite effectively being their sexslaves.

like, you are literally forced to kill your old friend, betray him, betray your village and kill everyone there, kill millions of your people, but god forbid you don't give consent to sex because that would be too much... it's really offputting, especailly on a porn forum and especially with an evil premise like that when im forced to accept the "bad endings" yet i can dance around anything sexual.

but there are more serious issues with the game. there are some bugs which impedes your progress, some bugs just jump back-and-forth between previous choices and it breaks immersion and there are LOTS OF TEXT. it kinda gave it flavour, but after a while all this trickery and slowness is getting annoying. but ofc it's easier to write a wall of text than animate a scene... and that's exactly what they are doing.

so i think the quality fell off hard. the main story will never be finished, it's not even on the agenda for the devs. it would kill their cashcow. so the quality follows that principle.

the paths are bad design choices as well. you can be either locked in jezera ntr path or andras ntr path, not both. (you can have some of both but mostly you cannot.) which i guess encourages multiple playthroughs so that's just my disappointment with the game because i don'T really like permanent choices where im missing out of sex scenes and i dont wanna keep 10 different saves to try out all the scenarios. but anyway, that's not a minus on the game's part because many people like these types of games, but i don't. especially since in gallery those scenes are not unlocked, and even with a gallery unlocked, the design of gallery is extremely bad so it's very hard to find what you are looking for.

no threesome/foursome with you+gf + andras/jezera. very sad. huge disappointment. but i guess it's "planned". just like the main story.

characters make little sense after a while. some of them had interesting initial premise, but it feels like the dev got bored with majority of them.

if the game didn't have bugs i would give it 3/5 because it's still a decent time waster even if it got really boring by the end imo. in 2016 the quality of it stood its ground, it was quite good. but it's 2025 now. porn games leveled up. and with the bugs it contains, this turned out to be a poor game for 2025, so 2/5.

The gameplay's not all that great. You mainly click on tiles in the main castle or on the map to go to events to read and make choices in them, playing more like a visual novel than anything else. Progression in this game is also weird and clunky. There's tons of rolls that occur that can succeed or fail depending on the rolled number and your stats but your main character Rowan doesn't tend to get a lot of chances to level up to make meaningful stat investments since XP is hard to collect.

Quests are also unintuitive to complete, you need to click on the exploration map to go to the right tiles but there's very little feedback to give you an idea of what to do beyond giving the direction of the place. It's a bit of a disconnect, building something in the castle and getting one singular line telling you that you can now do a thing to take over castle.

But aside from that Ohmygod this game is an utterly fantastic dive into debauchery. Some of the best art I've seen in a porn game married with sensual, lurid writing, including a type of corruption I am absolutely for, the slow burn transition and seduction into gratifying villainy.

Even if you don't play Rowan as a corrupted hero, you can still have really engaging plots with the rest of the castle staff, he has a really strong character presence regardless of what happens in the story and that's a really amazing thing in a story that cares a lot about what characters do.

I've never considered myself a fan of NTR, but Jezera and Alexia's plotline is the goddamn cream of the crop for corruption in a porn game. Seeing this mature, sexually experienced demon woman tempt and seduce another woman and seeing how Alexia can have her perspectives change and become utterly intoxicated by Jezera was an absolute treat, one of the best things I've seen and read in a porn game, period.

If you enjoy dark games with great atmosphere and writing, this is the one, regardless of how you play and choices you choose to make, there's an interesting plot that unwinds with a really fun ensemble.

I am a fan of the dark story and general world building - you can play as the bad guy and try to corrupt everyone around you.

Like in most of these type of games you can almost fuck every interactable character in the story after completing their quests - and if you turned on NTR you can also see how your wife is cheating behind your back.

What I dont like about this game is the gameplay loop which is tedious and boring in my opinion. Its no fun to click on tiles to move forward and get random events which are to 70-80% not interesting at all. In that regard I think that the freedom of the sandbox game is maybe a bit too much - would be better if that part of the "exploring" would be more railroaded.

Also you have to make sure that you like reading a lot - there is a hugh amount of text and story/lore.

Favorite parts: NTR relationship between Alexia and Andras, bisexual relationship between Rowan, Alexia and Greyhide, gay relationship between Rowan and Draith

However another concering part is the speed of development for this game... in my opinion there has not been a major updates for the last 2 years.

Overall, I really enjoyed the game—its story, world-building, and the way choices influence events. The sandbox elements are well-implemented, especially for the male MC, allowing for significant player agency. From what I’ve gathered, this is only Part 1, and for a first installment, it’s a solid 4 stars for me.

Most characters and storylines are engaging, though some are stronger than others. The only character I struggle to fully grasp is Alexia. It’s unclear whether she’s meant to be a secondary protagonist or simply a supporting character. Her initial role as a hostage keeping the MC loyal is a solid premise, but as the story progresses, she feels stagnant in the grand scheme of things. The sandbox elements are mainly for the male MC, while Alexia can only influence certain scenes, which shape her personality and affection but don’t give her much long-term agency.

Right now, her two main paths—remaining loyal to Rowan or following a corruption route—feel somewhat underdeveloped. The loyal path is especially lacking in content, which is odd considering even minor characters, like goblins, have repeatable scenes. Meanwhile, the corruption path has variety but lacks perspective; Rowan rises in power while Alexia remains a housewife with no real skills or influence despite years of in-game progression. That dynamic doesn’t seem sustainable in a castle full of powerful, lust-driven demons.

A better approach would be to integrate Alexia into the MC’s growing influence. Having her take on a more active role—whether through diplomacy, subtle manipulation, or intelligence gathering—would make her feel like a meaningful partner rather than a passive figure. She could choose to remain steadfast in her loyalty, use minor bribery and negotiation, or embrace her corruption strategically to gain leverage or fall in the process. This would add depth to her character and create an arc where she actively contributes to Rowan’s rise rather than just existing within his story.

In summary, the game does a lot of things right, and I appreciate the sandbox mechanics for the MC. However, giving Alexia more agency and options would elevate her from a static character to a dynamic one, making her feel like a true counterpart rather than just a hostage-turned-trophy.

Man, it really hurts to write this review for a game I played four years ago and was super hyped for. I followed its development for two years before letting it go and coming back now, and back then, it felt like it was going to be something special for the eroge genre. But... yeah, things didn’t exactly pan out that way. The fact that so much time has passed and the game still feels like it’s stuck in the same place is what really bums me out.
Don’t get me wrong, there’s definitely some good stuff here. I actually really liked the variety of content, like the NTR and Trap routes. I’m not gay, but hey, if the content’s good, I’m down to check it out or skip it if I feel it’s not my thing. For example, I noped out of the MC’s scenes with Andreas, but I went all in on a bunch of others. That’s the cool part about having options, right? You can kinda tailor the experience to what you’re into.
That said, the game has some issues. The biggest one for me is how inconsistent it feels. There were moments where it seemed like the hero’s wife was supposed to be the main character, and honestly, that would’ve made way more sense. Maybe the devs chickened out because they were worried about backlash? I don’t know, but it feels like a missed opportunity to make the story way more engaging in some parts of it.
All in all, I’d give it a 3.5 if I could, but since I can’t, I’ll go with 3 stars. It’s got some cool ideas and moments, but the lack of building-up progress and the weird narrative choices keep it from being as good as it could’ve been. Still, I would recommend playing it!
